RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Did you get the wrong size, or have you simply changed your mind? Don't worry, at Owl Fashion we make returns easy!

STEP 1

Make sure you meet the following 3 conditions:

🗸 You received your package less than 14 days ago.

🗸 The labels are attached to the item in the same way as when you received it.

🗸 Items are returned in their original condition.

STEP 2

Request a return by contacting us directly at support@owl-fashion.com and explaining the problem encountered. We'll send you the return address.

STEP 3

Once your return request has been approved, insert your returns form in your parcel and send it to the address indicated. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

STEP 4

Once your parcel has been received and checked, your request will be processed by our teams. We'll let you know as soon as possible.

Refunds are made within 10 days of receipt of your order in our warehouse.
